Longitude Consumer Health Group
We acquire and operate studio fitness and consumer health businesses across five regions — the first operating group built around Clinically Guided Fitness.
What we're building
Studio fitness and consumer health have been converging for years. Members already move between a strength studio, a recovery suite, and a metabolic program — but they do it across three unrelated businesses, with no one accountable for the whole picture.
Longitude is a rollup built around that gap. We acquire studio fitness and consumer health locations one at a time, cluster them within a market, and run them under a single operating group so the connections between them are deliberate rather than accidental.
Clinically Guided Fitness is the name for the work in between: the care of people who are already moving, and who want to keep moving well for decades. It sits between sports medicine, which treats the injured, and lifestyle medicine, which addresses the sedentary. Longitude is the first operating group organized entirely around it.
Physician leadership is ordinary in clinical medicine and unusual in consumer fitness. As these categories converge — as studios add recovery, metabolic, and longevity services — the difference between a well-run program and a poorly-run one increasingly turns on clinical judgment. We think an operator should have that judgment in-house.
Clinical services are delivered through Longitude Sports Medicine.
We buy businesses we intend to keep, and we run them like we plan to be there in ten years.

Clinically Guided Fitness
We operate studio fitness and consumer health locations with clinical oversight, so training, recovery, and medical care point in the same direction.

Leadership
Managing Partner
A board-certified orthopaedic surgeon in private practice in Southern California, and an MBA candidate at UCLA Anderson.
Dr. Kofi's clinical work is in musculoskeletal care — the practical mechanics of how people move, recover, and stay durable over decades. His operating work has been in building, scaling, and integrating healthcare modalities, with a consistent focus on the part most healthcare organizations treat as an afterthought: what the experience actually feels like to the person receiving it. Longitude applies that same attention to businesses where the experience is the product.
What we look for
We evaluate concepts on how they treat people — members and staff alike. The concepts below are representative of the categories we operate in, and are not an exhaustive list.
Representative brands active in each category. Individual opportunities are evaluated on unit economics, geography, franchisor relationship, and category fit.
Where we operate
Our footprint is concentrated in metropolitan areas with dense suburban trade zones, established franchise infrastructure, and populations that treat fitness as routine rather than novelty.
Los Angeles, the Antelope Valley, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and suburban Maryland.
Orlando and the Miami-Dade, Broward, and West Palm regions.
Puget Sound metro and the Eastside corridor.
