Physician-led sports medicine, offered through your center.

Longitude Sports Medicine is a new kind of clinical practice: fitness is integral to care, not an afterthought. We build treatment around how members train. Your center offers RepCare™ as an add-on to its membership, sets the price, and keeps the fee. Participation costs your center nothing.

    What RepCare™ is

A clinical service attached to the membership.

RepCare™, a clinical program provided by Longitude Sports Medicine, gives members access to a sports medicine team that treats training as part of the care plan, not something to pause by default. It includes three areas of care.

    Injury Care

Prompt evaluation, a written return-to-training plan, and coordination with their coach.

    Recovery and Performance

Clinically appropriate treatments connected to the program the member already follows.

    Biohacking Supervision

Physician oversight of the wearables, supplements, lab testing, and self-directed protocols many members already use.

    What your center gets

A new offering your center owns.

Your center offers RepCare™ as a membership tier or add-on. Your center sets the price and keeps the RepCare™ fee, and participation costs your center nothing. RepCare™ gives your center a clinical service that most studios cannot offer and a reason for members to choose your center over others.

Your members remain your members. We never make membership contingent on care, or care contingent on membership. Longitude Sports Medicine provides and bills clinical visits, tests, and treatments separately.

    How care works

Prompt evaluation and a plan the coach can use.

We typically see members within a few days by video visit. After the evaluation, and with the member's permission, we send the coach a written plan covering load, range of motion, expected timeline, and a reassessment date. The plan tells the coach what the member can safely do, which keeps the member training through recovery.

    01

    Something hurts

The member freezes the membership rather than canceling, intending to return.

    02

    A video visit within days

We typically see the member within a few days, by video visit.

    03

A written plan reaches the coach

With the member's permission, we send a plan covering load, range of motion, expected timeline, and a reassessment date.

    04

    The member keeps training

The plan tells the coach what the member can safely do, which keeps the member training through recovery.

Coach communication happens only with the member's permission.

The cancellation you do not get back usually starts with an injury.

    How it supports retention

Members cancel for many reasons. RepCare™ addresses three of them.

    Cost

    The membership became optional.

For members with a qualifying medical condition, a physician's letter of medical necessity allows them to pay for the membership from an HSA or FSA.[1][2] The membership then sits within health spending rather than the member's discretionary budget.

    Injury

    The routine broke.

An injured member often freezes the membership and drifts away from the routine. Early evaluation and a return-to-training plan keep that member training and connected to the coach and class.

    Motivation

    The reason faded.

Ongoing care, including a monthly visit, puts a physician in the member's life who reviews progress and directs the member to keep exercising as part of treatment.[3]
