Physician-led care

    Built for active lives.

Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing persistent back or joint pain, returning to exercise, or addressing health risks that benefit from a structured fitness plan, Longitude provides convenient virtual access to medical guidance.

Our physicians evaluate your needs, develop a personalized treatment plan, and—when clinically appropriate—help connect you with the movement, recovery, and fitness resources that support your health.

    What to expect

    Your visit may include.

    • Evaluation of orthopedic pain, injury, mobility, and return-to-activity needs
    • Individualized recommendations for exercise, rehabilitation, and recovery
    • Guidance for appropriate cardiometabolic and lifestyle-health concerns
    • Ongoing clinical follow-up when indicated
    • Coordination with your fitness environment when movement is part of your care plan

    Tax-advantaged care

    HSA/FSA information.

Many Longitude clinical services may be eligible for payment or reimbursement through an HSA or health FSA when they qualify as medical expenses under applicable rules.

For certain members, a physician may determine that a structured exercise program is medically necessary as part of treatment for a diagnosed condition. When clinically appropriate, Longitude may provide supporting medical documentation, including a Letter of Medical Necessity.

Standard gym memberships, fitness classes, and wellness services are not automatically HSA/FSA-eligible, but this is certainly possible. Eligibility depends on your individual medical circumstances, the specific expense, and your benefit plan’s requirements.

    How it works

    From evaluation to reimbursement.

    STEP 1

    Book a virtual visit

Meet with a Longitude physician to discuss your injury, symptoms, health goals, and activity needs.

    STEP 2

    Receive a personalized plan

If medically appropriate, your physician creates a care plan designed around movement, recovery, rehabilitation, or fitness participation.

    STEP 3

    Get appropriate documentation

When clinically warranted, Longitude may provide the medical documentation needed for you to seek HSA/FSA reimbursement.

    STEP 4

    Submit to your plan administrator

Keep your itemized receipts and supporting records. Your HSA/FSA administrator makes the final eligibility and reimbursement determination.

    Move with confidence

A smarter way to stay moving.

Fitness is not one-size-fits-all—especially when pain, injury, or chronic health concerns are involved. Longitude adds a clinical layer to your fitness journey, helping you move with greater confidence and a plan built around your health.

HSA/FSA eligibility and reimbursement are not guaranteed. Letters of Medical Necessity are issued only following an individualized clinical evaluation and when medically appropriate. Members are responsible for confirming coverage and reimbursement requirements with their HSA/FSA administrator or tax adviser.
