For fitness centers
A clinical layer that pays you back in retention.
Longitude Sports Medicine partners with studios, boxes, and fitness centers to add physician-led virtual care on top of the membership you already sell. Your programming becomes part of the clinical protocol — and members under care stay members.

The business case
Recurring revenue and a stickier membership.
Recurring revenue, not a one-time sale
Clinical care is a monthly relationship. Prescription plans, recovery protocols, and follow-up visits renew on their own cadence — revenue that continues between promotions and off-peak months.
Stickiness where you lose members
Members cancel when they get hurt, stall, or stop seeing results. Those are the exact moments Longitude catches. A member under active clinical management has a reason to stay enrolled through the months they would otherwise quit.
The medication only works with training
GLP-1 patients must train to protect lean mass. Our clinicians prescribe the medication and prescribe the movement alongside it — and the movement is your programming. Weight-management demand becomes floor time in your studio.
Meet the demand your members already have
Peptides, recovery injectables, and wearable-guided training are already popular in fitness communities. Offering them through a physician-led clinical program keeps that spend inside your brand instead of an unaffiliated clinic.
How the partnership works
No build-out. No new staff.
We plug in virtually
No treatment rooms, no staffing, no build-out. Longitude clinicians see your members by virtual visit under our own clinical infrastructure.
Your programming enters the protocol
Your classes, coaching, and equipment are written into the member's plan of care as prescribed activity, coordinated with your team on load and progression.
Members stay yours
Nobody switches gyms or memberships. The clinical layer sits on top of the membership you already sell and gives members a reason to renew it.
HSA/FSA pathways where appropriate
When a physician determines a structured exercise program is medically necessary for a diagnosed condition, Longitude may provide supporting documentation, including a Letter of Medical Necessity.
What your members experience
The member journey, end to end.
Your members start with intake, receive a free preliminary plan, pay to schedule the virtual visit, and then we work with your gym to bake their programming into the official plan. Nothing here asks anything of your staff.
- 01
Intake
You start with a structured clinical intake form. It takes a few minutes and tells us about your training, your goals, your injuries, and your history.
- 02
We build your preliminary plan
Because we are a medical practice, with your permission we can request and review your complete medical record. We combine AI with clinically validated tools to develop a preliminary plan written specifically for you — before we ever meet. Reviewing the preliminary plan costs nothing.
- 03
Virtual visit
Once you have reviewed the preliminary plan, we schedule a virtual visit. This is where we discuss what we do, review the diagnosis, the therapeutics, the training load, and what the next few months look like.
- 04
We bake in the fitness
After the visit, we coordinate with your fitness center to write their programming into your plan. If you would rather train on your own schedule, we build it on Fitness on Demand instead.
- 05
Your official plan
Once the fitness is baked in, the preliminary plan becomes your official plan. You are off to the races — with a clinical team, wearable data, and on-demand programming behind you.
The preliminary plan is free. The intake, the record review, and the preliminary plan cost nothing up front. Once you approve the preliminary plan, you pay to schedule the virtual visit. After the visit — when we have baked in your fitness programming — the preliminary plan becomes your official plan. WHOOP and Fitness on Demand are included free for one full year with your subscription.
