Longitude Sports Medicine is a hybrid practice. We diagnose and manage injuries virtually, perform injections in person at your facility, and deliver supportive equipment wherever your member needs it. Your member gets expert orthopedic care without leaving the gym they already trust.
How it works
From injury to return to training, without leaving the gym.
Virtual evaluation.
Members meet with our physician by video to assess their injury, review their symptoms, and build a treatment plan. Most injury care can begin without an office visit.
On-site injections.
When a member needs an injection, our physician performs it at your facility. No referral across town, no separate clinic visit.
Equipment delivered.
When a member needs a brace, sling, or other supportive equipment, we ship it to their home or to your fitness center.
Back to training.
Our treatment plans are built around keeping members active safely, with guidance that fits the training they do at your gym.

Virtual injury care is available to members of partner facilities throughout California. If your facility is outside these areas, we would still like to talk; on-site coverage is expanding.
