For fitness centers · FitCare™
FitCare™, a clinical program provided by Longitude Sports Medicine
FitCare™ gives your members access to three areas of care. Injury Care evaluates and treats joint, muscle, tendon, and sports injuries while keeping members training safely. Recovery and Performance connects clinically appropriate treatments to the program members already follow. Biohacking Supervision brings clinical oversight to the wearables, supplements, labs, and self-directed protocols members already use.
Your center offers FitCare™ as a membership tier or add-on, sets the price, and keeps the fee. Participation costs your center nothing.
How FitCare™ fits together
Your center offers the program, and we provide the care.
Your center offers FitCare™ to members, sets the price, and keeps the FitCare™ fee. Longitude Sports Medicine provides the clinical care and bills clinical services separately. With the member's permission, we share training guidance with the coach, so care and training follow the same plan. Your center remains the member's training home and makes no clinical decisions.
How FitCare™ differs
A medical practice, not a wellness add-on.
Most wellness add-ons offer a single cash-pay service. FitCare™ connects your members to a licensed medical practice led by a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon, with the full scope of clinical care and insurance billing behind it.

What we do
Three areas of care.
Injury Care
FitCare™ gives members direct access to the Longitude team, a virtual evaluation, and a written return-to-training plan shared with the coach when the member gives permission. Clinical care covers imaging orders, prescription medications including pain medications, durable medical equipment shipped to the member's home or gym, referrals to specialists and other providers, and paperwork such as work notes. We bill injury visits to PPO plans, Medicare, and Medi-Cal.
Recovery and Performance
We consider GLP-1 treatment, peptides, physical therapy, durable medical equipment, and IV drips individually when clinically appropriate, and connect each one to the member's training. For example, strength training helps protect muscle during GLP-1 treatment. The member's existing classes and coaching remain part of the plan.
Biohacking Supervision
Members bring wearable data from Oura, WHOOP, and similar devices, along with supplement stacks, independently ordered labs, and self-directed protocols. Our clinical team reviews this information every one to two months, interprets results, and screens protocols for safety.
What is included
In FitCare™ and paid separately.
In FitCare™
Direct access to the Longitude team, a written return-to-training plan, member-authorized coach coordination, and biohacking supervision with a review every one to two months.
Paid separately
Clinical visits, procedures, prescriptions, physical therapy, equipment, IV drips, and labs fall outside FitCare™. Members pay for these through insurance when their plan covers them, or through direct pay for services such as PRP and BMAC.
