Scope of care

An entry point, not a starting line.

Injury Management is one way patients enter the Longitude Sports Medicine program. Evaluation, diagnosis, and management are delivered virtually by a team of clinicians, led by a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon.

Patients come here because something hurts and they want it evaluated and managed properly. That injury sits inside a larger athletic life — training, recovery, performance — and having a physician-led team manage it means the plan is written with the full picture in mind.

    Partnerships

Two partnerships, working on the injury.

Your prescription payment is the membership. WHOOP One and FitnessOnDemand are provided free to patients for one full year. No separate membership fee, no add-on cost, no equipment fee.

    WHOOP One

    Free for one year

    Your health tracker

For an injured patient, WHOOP One answers the questions an office visit cannot: how well you slept while the tissue healed, how much load you actually put through the limb this week, and whether you stayed on the plan. That summary reaches our clinical team every morning.

    • Advanced sleep tracking

Deep sleep, REM, and wake timing — showing exactly how your body heals and recovers overnight.

    • Activity and habit logging

Workouts and movement are sensed automatically. Daily habits — stress, hydration, medications — can be logged alongside them.

    • Direct clinical updates

A clean daily summary reaches our clinical team each morning — the big picture, without second-by-second surveillance.

    FitnessOnDemand

    Free for one year

    Training, nutrition, and recovery content

The rehabilitation plan needs somewhere to live between visits. FitnessOnDemand carries joint, stress, and pain-relief sessions, stretching, and low-impact work that can be prescribed alongside your written plan of care.

    • On-demand video library

Over 1,800 videos spanning active aging, cardio, circuits, core, cycling, dance, elliptical, HIIT, joint/stress/pain relief, kickboxing, meditation and breath, nutrition, rowing, strength, stretching, treadmill, wellness, yoga/barre/pilates, and youth.

    • Over 50 guided programs

Programs recommended against your goals, built for both the gym and at home, drawn from the full on-demand library.
